Services and Scope
VPNXW provides subscription services for cross-border access and network acceleration, with coverage in 100+ countries and 160+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can get client software and subscription details through the panel, then select an international route to connect to a destination service.
Refer to the user panel for the current route list and available configurations. Regional coverage does not guarantee continuous access to any website or application. Regional policies, account eligibility, and content licensing are determined by third-party platforms. This service does not replace third-party accounts, memberships, or content purchases.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Keep your login credentials, subscription links, and client configurations secure and do not share them publicly. There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for the account holder's personal use. This does not permit reselling, renting, publicly sharing a subscription, or providing an account for shared use by others.
Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Data plans: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data is available until used and never expires.
Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Check specific orders and usage records in the panel. If you notice an unusual login or exposed configuration, change your password promptly and explain the situation in a support ticket. Do not include complete subscription details in public discussions.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of the regions involved in their use of the service, as well as the rules of destination websites, applications, and content platforms. International routes are for lawful cross-border access, work, study, and network acceleration only. They must not be used for unlawful activities.
You may not use this service to conduct cyberattacks or fraud, distribute malware, violate another person's privacy or intellectual property, or gain unauthorized access to systems. Do not disrupt other users' connections, damage service infrastructure, or repeatedly misuse route resources through automated activity. Users are responsible for the content they publish and the actions they take.
Service Availability and Liability
Connection performance depends on the local network, carrier routing, destination server status, and third-party policies. Maintenance, route changes, or external network outages may cause temporary interruptions. VPNXW does not guarantee a fixed speed, fixed latency, or continuous availability on any particular platform. Connection illustrations on this site are not performance guarantees.
If an issue occurs, first check your plan status, client configuration, and destination application, then submit a fault description through a support ticket. VPNXW will address service issues based on verifiable information. Outages, content changes, or user configuration errors on third-party platforms do not constitute a breach by this service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the service is required by law to bear.
Refund Terms and Requests
You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. A connection issue is not required to make a request. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the support ticket portal, including the relevant order details so the payment record and refund scope can be verified.
Do not submit your account password or complete subscription link during the request process. The ticket response and payment record determine the refund status. Actual receipt time depends on payment channel processing; no separate arrival-time guarantee is made in these terms. Once a refund is completed, the corresponding paid service benefits end. The rule that data plans never expire does not mean their data remains available after a refund.
Account Termination and Amendments
For unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious disruption of the service, or another material breach of these terms, VPNXW may restrict connections, suspend service, or terminate an account depending on the impact. Users who disagree with an action may submit an explanation through a support ticket. Account actions and any applicable refund or appeal rights are assessed separately; an account suspension does not automatically remove those rights.
Changes to these terms will be published on this page, along with an updated month of last revision. Changes to prices, service benefits, or other important rules will be explained in site announcements or panel notices. Changes will not retroactively reduce refund commitments for orders already placed. If you have questions, review the latest information and submit a support ticket for confirmation before continuing to use the service.
